Jungle Bay – A State Approved Citizenship by Investment Project
Under the terms of the management contract, the hotel is offering the Jungle Bay Villas for sale to CBI investors. This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to own a villa in a successful Caribbean hotel complex. To accommodate guests, the hotel will use the villas. Guests of the hotel will be able to rent villas from the hotel, and the money from these rentals will be deposited into a special account for the villas’ owners. To compensate for its administration and marketing services, Jungle Bay will keep 50% of the net rental income, while the other 50% will go to the property owners.
The villas at Jungle Bay are sold as separately owned real estate. Each purchase is accompanied by a registered title consisting of 1,200 square feet of land and a 400 square foot villa unit.
